All wood species have their own grain characteristics; grain can be very subtle, simple or intricate and difficult to work with. Woodworking with hand tools requires patience and skill, which in turn brings satisfaction.

I choose to work mostly with hand tools (there are a few exceptions when handling large pieces of lumber). Most of my tools are old but well maintained.

And I use my Laser Engraver to transfer my monogram designs onto wood.
