Sourdough Starter Recipes

Whole Wheat Starter

I recently discovered all organic flour from Lindley Mills, a 10th generation organic speciality flour mill. Their website is full of information on flour and helpful links; it is well worth your while to check it out.

NOTE: Oven temperatures and baking times vary with the oven you are using, therefore you might need to adjust the baking times; let me know if you have any questions.
